Guests are already raving about Famous Willie's BBQ in Post Falls! Read what one customer had to say...
“The day I visited Willie's it was rainy and cold. As I pulled into the parking lot, I could already smell the smoked meat. And there was the master himself—Mr. Willie Spradley, standing out back in a raincoat, lovingly tending to his massive oak-fired smoker. Once inside, I was greeted by Ma and other members of the Spradley family, all with their thick Texas accents. "Y'all been fed yet?" they'll say. I had heard about the baked beans, so ordered those as a side. Amazing. They could have passed for a meal. These aren't the sticky kind you get in most restaurants—Willie's beans are juicy, spicy and have their smoked pork brisket shredded into them. I was told that most people like to add some of Willie's Famous BBQ sauce to them as well. Wowwwwwweeeeee!!!”
The decor features photos of famous people named William or Willy, and it's fun to wander around and try to guess them all. Look for the yellow house with the sign in the shape of the state of Texas, just a half block from the White House Grill.
